Meet Kelly Linak! Almost four years ago, Kelly decided to shift focus in her life. She said "yes" to a program called FASTer Way, and started to gain a new perspective on whole food nutrition, exercise, and the saying "progress over perfection". 

She is a mom to three kids, and considers herself a suburban wife. Kelly loves encouraging others to follow the path of finding the healthiest versions of themselves.
