You acknowledge and agree that you may not have any expectation of privacy when you are using the internet and telecommunications systems at our Coworking Space. We may monitor your activities to keep our networks and spaces safe.

The Innovation Spot makes no representations whatsoever as to the security of the internet, wired or wireless telecommunications systems, hosting services provided as part of the Services, or any data communications system or information that you send through or place on such systems. The Innovation Spot is not responsible for any loss of data, information, business goodwill, or otherwise as a result of interruptions or security incidents, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. You are responsible for protecting your own computers, devices, data, information, business, and goodwill from damage or interference, including viruses or malware. You agree to abide by the terms of The Innovation Spot Internet and Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time in accordance with the Amendments section of this Agreement.

If The Innovation Spot suspects you have violated the Internet & Privacy Policy, The Innovation Spot will investigate and may institute legal action, immediately deactivate Services to any account without prior notice to you, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in bringing legal proceedings against violators, and you agree to reasonably cooperate with The Innovation Spot in all such actions. You agree to indemnify The Innovation Spot for any damages to The Innovation Spot’s infrastructure or business caused by your violation of the Internet Policy.

We may collect, process, and use personal data about you in a variety of ways, including information you provide when executing this Agreement and information gathered through security cameras located on the Premises. We may collect, process, use, store, and disclose personal data in accordance with applicable law for purposes including providing the Services, performing accounting and administrative tasks, conducting internal review and audit, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, and enforcing or managing legal claims. For these purposes, we may make relevant personal data available to our personnel, professional advisers, contractors, service providers, and affiliates as reasonably necessary.

As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair The Innovation Spot server(s), or the network(s) connected to The Innovation Spot server(s), or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, or accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to The Innovation Spot server(s) or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining, or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.

You hereby represent and warrant that you have all requisite legal power and authority to enter into and abide by the terms and conditions of this TOU and no further authorization or approval is necessary. You further represent and warrant that your participation in or use of the Services will not conflict with or result in any breach of any license, contract, agreement, or other instrument or obligation to which you are a party.
