Meet Renee! Renee owns and operates Creative Concepts Staging.
We were able to chat with Renee and get a glimpse of her passion for the real estate industry. She told us, "As a home stager, it is my passion to help realtors and homeowners transform homes into show ready homes that buyers love. My love for staging homes comes from my professional and personal background, plus the downright FUN I have doing it. After graduating with Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles from North Carolina State University and then working for a major retail brand for 22 years in visual merchandising, I decide it was time to pursue my love for interior design and start my home staging business.
My journey in staging started in 2016 and we will celebrate our 7th anniversary in March. Our goal is to sell homes faster and at a higher price by transforming those homes into ones that buyers can visualize themselves living in. We offer several services for both occupied and vacant homes, and we can stage as little or as much as you like. We work with realtors, homeowners, investors, and builders. My favorite part of staging is to see the happiness it brings to our clients when they see the transformation of the home. This brings me joy."
