- Expansion is continuing! - We are officially renting out the new offices in our additional 10,000 square foot expansion space and we on schedule to be ready by June 1!! There are still a few offices available but don't wait, they are going quickly! Schedule a tour to see what is available to suit your office and meeting room needs.

Do you have plans to attend the Woodstock Concert Series this Summer?
Why not make it even better by hanging with your friends and family at The Innovation Spot before the concert begins? On Saturday, May 14th, beginning at 6:00 PM, we invite you to grab a spot in our large parking lot, tailgate with your own food and drinks before the concert and enter a chance to win VIP seating at the concert and a golf cart ride to the Northside Hospital-Cherokee Amphitheater. Must be present to win. If you are not one of our lucky winners this month, do not worry, we will be doing this each month with each concert!
As part of this fun monthly event, we invite you to partner with us as we bless Must Ministries and help in their 2022 Summer Series. We are seeking donations for various items such as jump rope, playdough, card games, pencils, erasers and much more. The Innovation Spot is inviting YOU to grow with us as we expand our office spaces! Estimated time of our Phase 2 build out will be June 2022! This new phase will provide 9 additional Executive Private Offices, 8 more Designated Desks and a large Conference/Training Room in this 10,000 square foot expansion. In addition to our current 5,000 square feet, this will provide a total of 15,000 square feet of professional office and meeting room space. We are thrilled that these offices are already being reserved!

In addition to expanding offices, coming in June 2022 a patio will be constructed on to the back of our existing building. This will be perfect for your Spring and Summer outdoor events featuring a fire pit, barbecue, seating and of course, ping pong!
