Mar. 8 - Circle of Friends Gala. Shortly after the completion of the Inaugural Gala, Circle of Friends decided to continue pouring into their mission of providing a place in this world for friends who have an intellectual or developmental disability by hosting a gala fundraiser.

Circle of Friends is on their way to completion of this mission! The Circle of Friends 2024 Gala theme has been aptly named "We're on Our Way!" Click here for more details!

Mar. 14 mINgle by IN WDSTK. mINgle is an after-hours networking event that brings together members of our WDSTK Community and other professionals from the Woodstock area. We invite anyone who would like to connect with the community inside Woodstock. Event registration required/limited tickets available. Click here for tickets and more details!

Mar. 15 Flashlight Egg Hunt by Cherokee Recreation & Parks. Switch up the normal Easter Egg Hunt for an adventurous Flashlight Egg Hunt!

Meet the Easter Bunny, explore the Kid Zone, make and take crafts, dance to music, enjoy craft and food vendors & get your face painted. The children will be separated into different age groups. The event starts at 6:00 p.m. while the Easter egg hunt starts promptly at 8:30 p.m. For kids aged up to twelve years old. $10 per child. Please bring cash. Click here for more details!

Mar. 28 Exhibition: Life in Miniatures. By reconnecting with a child-like wonder of the world, visitors will experience the awe of being immersed in fantastical tiny worlds that require close observation to comprehend. These miniscule realities remind us to slow down and appreciate the small details often missed in everyday life and that the tiniest of things can still have an immense impact. Admission is free. Our member spotlight for the month of March is Paige Reid with Limitless Disability Services.

Limitless Disability Services was founded by Paige in 2021 as an adult day program for individuals with special needs. Since the inception of the organization, they have grown and expanded in ways that she didn't expect. They not only have a day program, but also a community inclusion program where they take individuals out in the community to find opportunities where they can live, work, and play in Cherokee County. Their main program is located in downtown Woodstock, and they are excited to expand their administrative team to the Innovation Spot.
