We have some exciting news! There's nothing small about the perks of the new "Mini Office". We only have 2 left, so come in before they are gone! These offices rent for $399/month and are available now. Each private office has a window facing our garden and is 6'x6' all glass with a locking door. They are furnished with an electric sit/stand desk, locking pod, & ergonomic task chair. Each office comes with 24 hour access plus 100 monthly booking credits, which may be used towards conference room time. This is a great economical plan for those that need a private office, but don't want to spend too much. Call or stop in today.

As well as this, we have other fun news coming in the horizon! Say hello to our new training room coming soon! This Pioneer Training Room will seat 18 to 45 people and provides a fun, productive environment to collaborate and learn! 

The Post Pandemic Office

The traditional idea of an office may be a thing of the past. Saying goodbye to an assigned desk, a commute to work, and co-workers may be bittersweet. However, the office is not dead. Moving the office from a traditional company building to a co-working space could be the solution most businesses seek from here on out. As we move into the post pandemic work force, new locations that are a safe space that offer flexibility and collaboration will be needed.

Flexibility is going to be crucial in this new working world. A lot of businesses have employees working virtually. They may only come into the office occasionally. As well as this, companies may be eager to sign up for a month-to-month office compared to a long term lease since the future can be so uncertain during these pandemic times. Offering a flexible co-working space with private offices or even just desk rentals is key during this new horizon in the working world.

People are social creatures. Most of us work better in a collaborative setting in person. Zoom is an incredible tool and will continue to be useful now and in the future. But having a space your team can meet face to face to collaborate is important to team building.

Combining flexibility and collaboration during these post pandemic times is what is going to bring the work force back together and bring hope to a new modern office idea.

Lori has over fifteen years of management and consulting experience. Lori holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law, both from the University of California, Irvine.

Lori’s experience includes management consulting, staffing, and recruiting within various industries. She held such positions as the Orange County Regional Operations Manager for Adecco North America, Inc. and Corporate Consulting Manager and Senior Recruiting Manager with such companies as Deloitte & Touche LLP and TAG Consultants to Management, Inc., both in Southern California. She also has experience as a Regional Accounting Manager with Aluma Systems USA, Inc., an international construction company.

Lori’s consulting experience includes providing clients with direction in planning, development, and implementation of hiring and staffing strategies. Analyzing and researching current economic conditions, business trends, competitive forces, and potential markets to support new development sales programs. She is also very adept at developing and implementing operational and job costing procedures.
