Wednesday, August 7 - Sure Connexions. Sure Connexions is an interactive faith-based networking organization that meets at 12:00 PM online through Zoom, and in-person with lunch at The Innovation Spot.

Saturday, August 10 - Woodstock Summer Concert Series. Who’s Bad is a power-packed performance of Michael Jackson’s catalog, original grooves, and gravity-defying dance moves. Concert starts at 7:30 pm.

Thursday, August 15 - Back to School Supplies Drive. Help a child shine bright this school year! The following are being collected in the front desk area of the main building at The Innovation Spot near downtown Woodstock:

Member Spotlight: Keith Booth [Chick-fil-A 🐔]

"I have worked with Chick-fil-A for 21 years and began my career with Chick-fil-A at the age of 19 washing dishes at a local restaurant. I fell in love with Chick-fil-A instantly and have loved what I do ever since.

I currently own and operate Chick-fil-A Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta in Woodstock, GA and my passion is providing a place where my guests and my team know they are cared for. We have a team of approximately 120 Team Members at our location and I have a personal mission to help develop and grow those around us whether it be through a career with my restaurant, a career at Chick-fil-A Inc., or a role in another industry.

God has blessed our team and our business and I simply desire to honor Him in all we do. We can’t wait to serve you! Come on by!"

August 8 SchmoozaPalooza. Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce's networking event of the year! SchmoozaPalooza is designed to bring businesses and organizations together in a fun and casual networking environment.

Exhibitors will have a table that allows them to promote their business and make new contacts, while attendees will enjoy door prizes, food, and FUN - all while previewing the latest products and services being offered! You don't want to miss this opportunity to connect with fellow business leaders and community members!

Open to the public and free admission. 4-7 pm at Woodstock City Church.

August 14 Cherokee Chamber Power Hour. An hour of fast paced networking with fellow business leaders as well as the Chamber Board Chair, Eric Rein, and Chamber President & CEO, Pam Carnes. Before the hour ends, you will have a chance to share about your business or organization for all to hear!

Don't forget to bring promotional items from your business for the share table! Registration is appreciated, but not required.

August 17 Chick-fil-A Cherokee County 5k. This is the largest 5k in North Georgia! Over the past 10 years, The Cherokee County Chick-fil-A 5K has donated over $300,000 to the Cherokee County Educational Foundation and Cherokee County Special Olympics. We are honored to continue raising funds for these organizations at the 2024 Chick-fil-A 5K.
